1. Billing & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our self-service portal: https://sheeditsllc.samcart.com/customer_hub/login.
Make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

How do I update the card on file?

What’s your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund window for subscription charges. Digital downloads (such as the replay, essay cheat sheet, and scholarship resources) are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please use the form at the bottom of this page.

I was charged but meant to cancel. Can I get a refund?

If it has been fewer than 7 days since your last charge, we may be able to offer a one-time courtesy refund. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to request a refund. After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed. Please visit the cancellation link above to prevent future charges.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

What happens if I miss a payment?

I just signed up. How do I get started?

View the onboarding email you received, watch the welcome video, and follow the steps inside.

How do I access the course content?

Log in using your email at: https://sheeditsllc.samcart.com/courses/login

Everything is inside your course dashboard.

I’m a PLUS Package member. How do I schedule my coaching calls, request my scholarship list, or sign up for essay assistance?

  1. Log in to the portal. 
  2. Click “Scholarship Success, Simplified”. 
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to “Schedule Your One-On-One Assistance”.
  4. Sign the letter agreement (if you haven’t already).
  5. Click the service you would like to access and follow the steps inside the tab.

I forgot my password or can’t log in.

Go to: https://sheeditsllc.samcart.com/courses/password/reset and follow the steps to reset your password. Your username is the email address you used to sign up.

I want to restart from the beginning.

We’d love to help you start fresh. Please go through your original onboarding email to reaccess your materials. Everything you need to start over is inside your dashboard.

We still offer live support through our once monthly live coaching calls (view the 2025 schedule HERE) and by using this form to submit questions. 

For our PLUS Package members, we offer 1:1 coaching, 1:1 essay assistance, and customized scholarship lists. To sign up for the PLUS Package, click here. To upgrade from an Essentials Plan, click here. If you’re enrolled in the PLUS package, please follow the instructions inside your dashboard to submit requests. 

Everything else you need is available inside the course materials, downloads, and FAQ page. If you still have a question after reviewing those, you can fill out our contact form — but please note responses may take several days, and not all questions require a reply.
